# How a Tessaic table opens

*5 October 2026*

Every asset on this site went through the same gate, and it helps to see the gate from the inside. First the asset is found and walked. Not photographed first, walked first: the street at morning and at night, the neighbours, the roof, the paperwork trail. Most candidates end here.

Second, the title work. The parcel or the apartment is confirmed on the register, the seller's standing is confirmed with counsel, and the ownership framework for that market is mapped line by line before any price is discussed. If a lawyer cannot explain the chain to us in plain language, we do not buy it, and we certainly do not ask a table of co-owners to.

Third, the numbers are gathered the slow way: district data from sources we can name, operating history where it exists, quotes for the work the asset needs. Anything we cannot verify renders as N/A on the listing. That is a feature. A blank where a number should be tells you more about our standards than a confident guess would.

Only then does the table open. The listing goes live with its fraction count, the ownership pack goes to everyone who asks, and the filling bar on the page is the same one our own register draws from. When the last fraction is taken the table closes, the filings complete, and every co-owner holds a registered piece of a named, walked, verified thing.
