Kampot pairs a slow river with a walkable old town and pepper-farm country behind it, and its growth has turned brisk: provincial tourism logged 1.3 million visitors in the first half of 2024, up thirty percent year on year (Khmer Times), the new international tourism port opened in April 2025, and a 140 million dollar logistics port phase is already running (B2B Cambodia; IPS Cambodia).

Gross annual rental income across Kep and Kampot ran at 7.04 percent of property value in Q1 2026 (Global Property Guide), and brokerages describe steady appreciation rather than speculation. This is the natural second-home market of the coast, and where our first coastal co-ownership is being prepared.
