Koh Rong is the largest of Cambodia's southern islands: long white-sand beaches at Long Set and Sok San, a growing set of boutique resorts, and ferry links from Sihanoukville that keep shortening the trip. Most of the island is still forest and shoreline.

Titled, buildable stock is scarce and trades quietly, which is exactly the kind of scarcity we scout for. We are walking sites and reading paperwork now; island assets join the register only when the title work is as clean as the water.
