Kep.
The quiet end of the coast. Opening soon.
The thesis.
Kep is the calm end of the Cambodian coast: a seafront of casuarina trees, a working crab market, and a small stock of villas that rarely trades. It is quietly attracting serious capital: a 100 million dollar high-end tourism program around Knai Bang Chatt was announced in 2025, and the Koh Tonsay master plan carries a further 130 million dollars (Khmer Times).
Gross annual rental income across Kep and Kampot ran at 7.04 percent of property value in Q1 2026 (Global Property Guide). We are underwriting vacation homes here for co-ownership.
