Partners

Bring co-ownership to your market.

We are looking for licensed local operators, developers, and trustees in select countries to build the Tessaic model on the ground, and for capital partners who share a long-term view.

My First Corner.

A licensed Cambodian real estate and architecture operator, and the exclusive agent for sales and property management of Tessaic assets in Cambodia. Its crews build and furnish; its management runs tenancy and reporting; Tessaic's framework governs the ownership. This is the shape of the partnership we now offer in other markets.

Target markets are announced as partnerships form. Everywhere else: open to proposals.

How a partnership works.

  1. Step 1

    Introduce.

A short conversation about your market, your licensing, and your assets. Both sides decide quickly whether the fit is real.

  2. Step 2

    Structure with local counsel.

Your counsel and ours confirm the in-market holding framework before anything is offered to anyone.

  3. Step 3

    Launch a first asset.

One named asset, fully documented, opened to a small table of co-owners. Prove the model, then scale it.

Start a partnershipconversation.

This page addresses businesses, not retail buyers. Partner inquiries route to the partnerships team, separate from buyer inquiries, and every partnership is structured with local counsel before anything opens.
