Mondulkiri sits a kilometer up: pine hills, waterfalls, coffee and pepper farms, and air that needs a blanket at night. Sen Monorom has become the weekend answer to Phnom Penh's heat.
We are scouting retreat-house and farmstay sites around Sen Monorom and the Bou Sra road, where the draw is the climate itself and the view does the furnishing.
