TESSAIC

TESSAIC

For owners

One property. A whole table of buyers.

Tessaic buys well-placed property and opens it to a small table of registered co-owners. For an owner, that means a real route to sell, at an appraised price, with the choice to keep a piece of what you built.

Why ownerssell to the table.

A wider table of buyers.

A property priced for one buyer waits for one buyer. Split into registered fractions, the same property opens to a whole table of them, and the sale stops depending on a single person's timing.

Sell all of it, or keep a piece.

Take the full proceeds and walk away, or sell most of the property and stay on the register with a fraction of your own: the same home or building, still partly yours, professionally run.

A price set by appraisal, not attrition.

Underwriting starts from an independent appraisal and the district data we publish with sources, not from months of quiet discounting on a listing portal.

Managed from the day it closes.

Our operating partner takes over tenancy, maintenance, and reporting under a written agreement. If you keep a fraction, you keep it without the phone calls.

What we look for.

We buy for the tables we run, so the gate is the same one our co-owners see: clean title, an honest district, and numbers that survive an independent appraisal. If your property clears it, it does not sit on a portal; it becomes the next named asset in the Collection.

Three steps,no theatre.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about the property.

The form below takes two minutes: type, location, tenancy, and what you have in mind. A person reads it, not a queue.

  2. Step 2

We underwrite it in the open.

An independent appraisal, the rent roll if there is one, and the district data we already publish. You see the same numbers we do.

  3. Step 3

Close whole, or keep your piece.

A documented purchase into the Tessaic framework, on counsel-drafted papers. Sell everything, or stay on the register with the fraction you choose.

Every purchase closes on counsel-drafted documents, with money moving through a designated, controlled account. If you keep a fraction, it is registered like every other co-owner's, with the same annual appraisal floor and the same documented exit.

Tell us whatyou own.

Land, a hotel, a floor of offices, a row of shophouses, a villa you no longer use enough: if it is titled and honest, we want to hear about it. No obligation, and no listing until you say so.
